A boutique artisan store in Middleburg, VA reached out for help with their transition to an online platform. Their vision was to create curated shopping for a cause with 100% of net proceeds going to various charities. The purpose of our project was to conduct a current state survey of user experience, brand, marketing, and communications for Middleburg Marketplace. Throughout this timeline I had the opportunity to conduct market analysis, heuristic review, metrics review, MarComm assessment, shopper interviews, and present findings and recommendations.
