During the Google UX Design Course, they tasked us with creating an app. The prompt that stood out to me the most was creating an album sales tracker for musicians. The target audience consisted of artists, management, labels, and fans. I wanted to create an app for an issue that many people find frustration with. People have to wait a week to learn album sales information when we have the technology to track the information live and daily. It was important to make sure that all different type of users get the chance to track album sales. I was the lead UX designer for this project.

This project was a great opportunity to gain experience in the true UX process. The use of a design thinking research method allowed me to consider the needs and wants of users at each point of the project. The biggest struggle through this project was choosing one iteration for the wireframe. In order to overcome this struggle, I had to focus on finding a wireframe that best suited the research goals.
